CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be considered a last minute cancellation which will require a 30% cancelation fee. If cancellation fee is not paid you will not be able to book again. LATE POLICY To ensure timely services for all clients, please note: • Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation or a $15 late fee if accommodated. • Advance notice of late arrival is required; failure to notify may result in cancellation. • No-shows will be subject to booking restrictions: Repeat no-shows will not be eligible for future appointments.
